The Tripura College of Nursing is situated within the Tripura Medical College campus in Agartala, Tripura, India with all physical facilities and faculty positions as per the Indian Nursing Council Norms. The College of Nursing was inaugurated by Dr.Ashit Debroy ,Tripura Medical College on 14th January, 2008.

The faculty at Tripura College of Nursing is committed to excellence in nursing education, research and development of leadership skills and human values. The nursing school provides an ambience comprising state-of-the–art infrastructure, unparalleled technical expertise, a diligent faculty and above all instilling values based on our rich Indian tradition and ancient culture.

 The College of Nursing offers the students excellent academic exposure through various continuing nursing education programmes, conferences, workshops, an exhaustive library and visits of eminent personalities

Excellent nursing care at Tripura College of Nursing is contingent upon each nurse's professional responsibility to maintain continual self-learning and enrichment, pursue professional growth opportunities and their individual commitment to maintain the standards

At present we offer the Basic B.Sc Nursing programme. The course body has an intake of 80 students per year. Recognised both by Indian Nursing Council and State Council, this Programme is aimed to developing competent and professional  nursing Practitioners who ore pro-active and responsible both in clinical and teaching set-up.

SNA Activities : Every student by virtue of joining the Nursing course automatically becomes a member of the Student Nurses Association (SNA). Our Institute will have a SNA unit and the unit activities are organized and conducted by the elected office bearers under the guidance of SNA advisor and the Principal.
